Redpanda: Webflow Enterprise, a Rebrand, and a Site Built to Scale
I led Redpanda's move from Contentful to Webflow Enterprise, with a team handling the content migration, then kept optimizing the site through a rebrand that had to launch on a tight timeline. Today it's 1,500+ pages across 36 CMS collections that marketing runs day to day.
A new platform and a rebrand, back to back
The site was moving off Contentful onto Webflow Enterprise, and a company rebrand was right behind it with a fixed launch date.
Both had to land without breaking what already worked: search visibility, forms, campaign pages and the publishing rhythm marketing depended on.
Lead the migration, then keep optimizing
I led the migration and the team moving the content over, then turned straight to the rebrand and the system underneath the site.

- Led the Contentful to Webflow Enterprise migration, with the team moving content into the new CMS.
- Kept optimizing through the rebrand, which had to launch on a tight timeline.
- 36 CMS collections covering the blog, events, guides, glossary, industries, customers and more.
- A component library audit: 53 components reviewed, 15 renamed, 32 regrouped and 3 removed, so editors build from parts they can find.
- Inline components in blog posts, so newsletter, podcast and other calls to action drop in with a simple token.
- A link audit across all 36 collections and a rebuilt 404 page. 404 page views fell 72% month over month.
- Speaker photos moved to WebP at 30 to 45 KB each, down from about 250 KB.
1,500+ pages that marketing runs day to day

The site runs on Webflow Enterprise with 1,500+ pages. Event pages, campaign pages and new product pages ship from marketing.
Every new page starts from the same component library and CMS structure, which keeps the site consistent as it grows.
